Very poor quality of work. Central put in two units last year. The units have stopped working on different occasions one flooded my ceiling. Central workers don’t police and clean behind themselves. We had no heat when winter started. We had installation inside of a unit. Central did not seal an air handler. The Freon meter did not work or does not work now. Central told my wife parts would be in today. Well today came and the answer is we might have the part in two or three days. One or two times would not be a problem; Central have came out to my home 7 or more times. Now I’m upset and asked to speak to the owner they will not pick up the phone. Why would a company tell you not to be upset when they keep failing a customer. You got paid why you can’t pay me with quality work. Stop getting upset with the customer, when your end is wrong.
