They maintained our original unit for years, then installed a variable-speed system that’s cut our power bills and keeps the house perfectly comfortable. They’ve also added a split unit to our bonus room and, most recently, a mini-split for our main bedroom—both seamless installations. We used them in 2020 to install a new AC. They did not try to over-sell (and even recommended a slightly smaller unit). They have answered questions over the years and recently gave some advice on a small issue. Just added the maintenance plan and Aaron was fantastic. He walked me through everything, showed me where/what he cleaned and flushed, and even adjusted the drain line to flow better. Happy we added the plan and very satisfied. Read Less
