Our AC stopped blowing cold last night. I contacted the service line around 10 this morning and was told that a technician would come out after 4. Zeb was able to come out early, and made accommodations to his schedule to meet our needs. A/C stopped working one day. It was in the middle of the afternoon and didn't think they would be able to come until the next day to fix it. However, I called them and a technician came that same day. He was professional in every sense of the word and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. I may have had to pay an after hours fees, but it was worth every penny. Will opt to get their yearly service bundle next time. Highly recommended! Read Less
